Holiday Guest Post for Rock Your Nails

Hey ya'll! So I am super excited to be guest posting of Mely of Rock Your Nails today! I have been a fan of hers for a very long time so being able to be apart of her 12 Days of Christmas I am very honored. :) Todays nails are for the Decoration theme and I am really liking them. :)

I wanted to create a fun Christmas ornament mani but not necessarily your traditional kind. So I went with them up close and a mix of glitters and details along with tree branches. At first I didn't care for them, but after editing all of the pictures and wearing them for a few hours I began to really like that. I feel like that happens a lot but I truly do think it's because we are all our own worst critics.

Now for this look I used a lot of polishes or at least it looks like it by looking at my desk! So here we go with the polishes! The base color is 2 coats of Zoya Tiana. Now for the colors of the ornaments! The green is China Glaze Glittering Garland, the gold is China Glaze Champagne Kisses, the sparkly red is China Glaze Ringing in the Red, the Marsala is China Glaze Velvet Bow, and lastly the red green gold glitter is China Glaze Twinkle Lights. Wow, that was a lot!

All of the tree limbs/outlining and tiny ornament details were done with acrylic paint and my Berry Wine Brushes from Winstonia. They are new to me and I am currently loving them.

That's it for my decoration nails! I really hope you all liked these and enjoyed them as much as I ended up enjoying them. Also I want to say a big thank you to Mely for having me today! So glad I could be apart of this fun challenge, and I can't wait to see what you come up with for this Holiday season, they are always fabulous!!

Happy Holidays!
