Digital Dozen | Contrasting Colors Day 4

Hello there! So it's already day 4! Like what?! This is going really fast. I am really liking this theme actually! Its pushing me to try different things! Kinda like todays mani which I am pretty proud of. Went with a black and white look today. Yes I know its not necessarily contrasting and ya'll can argue its the lack of color but thats a little detail we shall ignore! ;) Hehehe!

I used a base of OPI Alpine Snow and then acrylic paint for the black details because guess what?! This was 100% free handed! Which is the part I am proud of. When I had them on the other day, one thought it was done with a vinyl, tape, or stamp, but nope!! All free handed. :) It looks so intimidating and I'm even looking as it and thinking wait I did that! It was surprisingly fun to do too. Reason being that at first it looks terrible like a big ole mess, then you slowly add in other line and then Walah! You have this neat geometric look. Hummm, tutorial!? Maybe soon I can film one. This month is nuts and isn't seeming to calm any time. Hopefully I can get back into filming soon!

I used a matte top just because, well actually I don't know why. I think sometimes I pick up matte for intricate designs because I feel like it helps to hide little imperfections. Well guys thats it for today! Be sure and check out everyone elses manis from today in the links below! Hope ya'll have a fabulous rest of your day. :)

Happy Painting!
