P8nt Polish Swatches

Hello and Happy Friday, and its Black Friday at that! Anyone going out today, or have any fun plans for the long weekend. Today I have some swatches of polishes from a new to me brand called P8nt Polish. They are 5 free according to their website, and on their Instagram it says they are Vegan and Cruelty free.



That being said I can't find that information on the site nor is it noted on the bottles. Also they are made in the USA.

Malibu

2 coats

A light dusty sky blue with a slight pearl sheen.

First up is this nice shade of blue! It has a little pearlyness in it which I'm not sure I like because on the "final stroke" of my application I tend to get a bold pearly line. Other than that tho I like the shade and the polish applied nicely and covered 100% in 2 coats. Also the name remind me of a song by one of my fave bands COIN!

Miss Dazzler

A light dusty pink with a slight pearl sheen.

A dusty pink, or dusty rose but by rose I mean rosé? Yeah I'm not sure but its a nice tone and the pearly finish worked nicer in this one.

California Dreamin'

2 coats

A jelly like dusty blue creme.

This polish has such a nice formula, kinda gives you a jelly vibe, but that second coat gives you full coverage really quick! So the name makes me think of a particular song and there is kind of a funny story to go with soooo story time.

 I've always been careful about the music I listen to and that came from being careful when I was quite young and listening to my parents. LOL!  Anywhooo long time ago, well it seems that way which is crazy, I was getting to see my favorite band at the time in concert. The title track for the CD was one of the songs that wasn't the greatest subject matter wise so it wasn't one we really listened to. Granted on concert day we did and it was just fun and eppp, what a historical concert in my mind. Now how does this relate to the polish. Well.... For some reason I can learn words to a song really fast, and remember them. Even if I've only heard it once or twice. Weird I know, its like the things I don't need to know I can remember but those things I need to remember for tests like formulas blah blah blah nope! LOL! Which gets me to the polish name. So in the song they say California Dreamin, and soon as I read that polish name in my head I totally sang it to the tune of the song and then it reminded me of that amazing concert. Wow, that was anti-climatic! 😂 Yet I'm over here smiling like a goofy girl all happy from concert memories.

Wine Night

2 coats

A berry creme with a matte finish.

This might be the best matte formula I have used. It applies so nicely and doesn't dry too fast or anything. Plus the color is really a nice berry and has such a good intensity.
