Hello there everyone and welcome back! Hope you are having a wonderful day! Today I have a new upcoming collection to show you from Moon Shine Mani, it consists of 6 new polishes and they are inspired by popular Reality TV shows! So fun! These will be releasing early for those attending the Indie Shop on August 4th, and then release to everyone in the MSM Shop on August 9th. Lets check them out!
So You Think You Can Dance
2-3 coats
A light mauve crelly packed with red, black, fuchsia, and silver glitters, and pink/gold/green chameleon flakies.
This is one packed glitter! It has a crelly feeling base but there is SO much glitter that you almost don't notice it! :) Its really pretty. This covers REALLY well. I feel like this is what I consider a 2-3 coated, and its on a case by case scenario. It really just depends on where the glitters end up with each coat. For the most part they all apply really well, and rather evenly. Every now and then you may come across a spot that needs a bit more which is why I think it needs that 3 coat sometimes.
Survivor
2 coats
A sand-colored crelly flecked with soft gold flakies and teal/blue/purple/fuchsia multichrome flakies.
This polish just looks like its name, and its inspiration. Its hard to explain, but it just REALLY works. This has a really nice crelly base and it has a fun assortment of flakie sizes. This covers really well in 2 coats.
The Challenge
3 coats
A green to purple pastel multichrome.
This is a very much what I would call an opalescent polish. Granted, its technically a multi chrome, but it looks like an opal, and has a certain feel to it that makes me see it that way. This is a lighter, and thinner polish so it needs about 3 coats to reach full coverage, but the MSM brushes are so enjoyable to use so its really easy to do 3 quick coats.
Bachelor In Paradise
2-3 coats
A dark green jelly filled with green/pink/fuchsia chameleon flakies and matching shifty shimmer.
First off, the name! Guys as pathetic as it may sound, Bachelor in Paradise is literally the only thing I get excited about in August. Ha, August is always the sign of summer ending so I've never been a fan, but this show makes Mondays more tolerable! LOL! So needless to say, I'm loving the name and inspiration. This is also a really pretty green, very tropical leaf-esque which makes since, Paradise is in a Tropical setting! This is about a 2-3 coater depending on how thick/thin you do your coats. One thing I would advise with this one is that you should double up on your base. I did have a lil staining on the nails after wearing this for 2 days. This is pretty typical for a dark green though.
Big Brother
3 coats
A dark blue jelly base filled with green to blue to purple chameleon micro glitters and green/pink/fuchsia shifty shimmer.
This blue is so pretty! Its majorly shifty, goes blue/emerald/purple/teal and its honestly just fabulous. This covered in about 3 coats, easy 3 coats and totally worth it. Really easy to use formula, and just a breeze to apply and fun to wear.
The Great British Baking Show
2 coats
A dusty blurple filled with rose gold shimmer.
This is such a neat shade. A very greyed out blurple, and it has a nice sand stone like shimmer. This covered excellently in 2 coats, and is such a unique shade. I think I can easily say, I have nothing like this polish.
