Hello there and welcome back! Today on my YouTube I am trying a new brand so I thought I would also share them on here! LBK Nail Lacquer recently reached out to me and asked if I would like to try some of their polishes, plus informed me they are going to start being sold in store like Walmart, Walgreens, and Ulta. So while we can't get to those places right now you will be able to in the future, and you will be able to pick these up online on their own site. All of these polishes have a lil test swatch on the lid of the polish which is really interesting. You can flip it out in store and see what it looks like on your skin tone and decide if it will work for you. Now this won't let you know how many coats it will take to get the desired coverage I do think its pretty neat!
Sand of A Beach
3 coats
A light orange with a hint of coral.
While I love the color of this, I don't love the formula. It took about 3 coats and I feel like in person after wearing for a bit I felt like it could have needed a bit more of a coverage.
Coco's Cabana
2 coats
A coral with a slight shimmer.
This one is nice, and has a good creamy formula that covered in 2 easy coats. The shimmer in it is really subtle but it works so well!
Bluetiful You
3 coats
A periwinkle with a slight shimmer.
The formula on this one is a bit thin, and it needs about 3 coats to reach full coverage. However when you do reach that its really pretty! The slight shimmer really adds to it!
Aqua Marine Green
2 coats
The name says it all!
This is my favorite of the bunch! Its formula is really good, easy to apply and looks so fun on! :)
So all of these polishes are ooo the LBK Nail Lacquer website, they will also be found in store when you are able to go into store such as Ulta, Walmart & Walgreens, which now is not the time, so check them out here.
Great review, that attached nail swatch is fan-freakin'-tastic! I'm always getting bamboozled by glamour shot photography of swatches & it never looking like it does in the bottle anyway, I salute them and hope this practice becomes mandatory for all brands! If only you were allowed to return indies once they arrive and discover how they look nuthin' like purported ;-p
