Hello all! So I think I am being a bit crazy this month, because I am taking on the #themedthursdayDec challenge this month like I have the past few. However this month it's more than just Thursday, it's Thursday AND Sunday, and I am actually pretty excited about it! Yes that is more to do but it will challenge me once again and actually be helpful in when I am deciding what to do! :) I love Christmas Art so some times I just have too many ideas! So on to today Present nails!
All of the polishes I used are from an old China Glaze Christmas line! I don't remember what one but I got it for Christmas when I was just getting into nail art years ago! I continually use them every year when it come to the holiday season! They are all just so festive! China Glaze always has nice Christmas lines and I love that! The exact ones I used are Champagne Kisses (gold), Glittering Garland (green), and Velvet Bow (burgundy/deep red).
For the present I used one of TwinkledT's new Christmas Preseng Vinyls which is perfect for this time of year! You can find them HERE. Yet actually now that I think of it, it would be so fun to use for a Birthday mani and do some crazy bright pattern with it! There is a tutorial for this look later in the post showing you how I did the present! I used Glittering Garland as the base color for the box and then I detailed and outlines with acrylic paint using my Winstonia Berry Wine Brushes, that I love!
I am holding Glittering Garland here! It's probably my favorite Christmas Green! I mean really it's just the perfect Christmas green with glitter! I feel like it was ahead of its times when it came out years ago because polishes like it are so big now! Well I think it's time for a tutorial don't you?
This mani was actually a lot of fun to do! I am really happy with how it turned out too. It has such a great Christmasy feel, which I love! Hope you all enjoyed this post as much as I did!
