Urban Outfitters Inspired

Hey there guys! Hope you all are having a lovely day. :) Today I just have some art for you all! First it's story time!;) For awhile I've been wanting to try some Urban Outfitters nail polish, but had always been afraid to. I know it sounds stupid, but really they are so inexpensive I wondered how could this actually be what I want it to be. I know that sounds really bad! :( Yet, as a person who worries about quality, dry time, formula, and on I for sure gave trying it a lot of thought. This little battle has been going on for probably about a year! I know crazy right!! Well after I saw a friend on IG use it and really like it, I was more confident in trying it. So this week I was at Urban Outfitters and did it!! :D I bought two new colors, that I am in love with, to try! Now I can officially say I am sorry I waited so long! The polish is WONDERFUL!! So let's look at it so I can talk about it! :D

I love this color! :D It is gorgeous and SO me! Yet I have nothing like it! It's one coat of Urban Outfitters Flip Flop, yes you read that right one coat! This polish is pretty perfect! The formula is great, it was super easy to work with! Not too thick, but not too thin either. It's just right! Most all of my "neons" are China Glaze and they tend to be water, streaky, 2-3 coats. Which I am willing to do since they are so pretty, but really this is just as bright, and yet barely any work. It doesn't dry matte like a neon either which impressed me! :) I will for sure be buying more polish from Urban Outfitters I mean 2 polishes for $8 is great!

Oh and I like the bottles, they are big and square! I feel like you get a lot of polish in each bottle.  I can't wait to try a gradation with this polish. It seems like it will be a great one to gradate with. I'm just so excited I found a new inexpensive brand. Anyone else love when that happens?! I think I want to try a their white! A good white that isn't $8 a bottle would be great considering how much I use white! ;) So the art on these nails were actually inspired by a shirt in the guys area I saw while at UO! (I was there with my brother ;) ) I love it when a guys shirt has a little floral! ;) I know a bit odd, but oh well! So here let's look at the inspiration and the nails together!

Obviously not exact but I'm happy with how they turned out, it makes me smile! ;) I love how you can just get inspiration from anywhere, and anything! Makes going places even more fun!

All of the details were done with acrylic paints that I had to mix to get just the right color. The black is my favorite black, Zoya Willa! :)

So what do you all think of these nails?! I feel like they are really fun for summer, bright yet not overly bright ya know! :) Plus they were really fun to paint. Sorry about talking so much, haha, I feel like I've been talking a lot on this post! Oh well it's fun! Hope you all have a lovely weekend! :)

Happy Painting!
