Hey there guys, hope you are having a fabulous Friday and I'm sure you are all ready for the weekend! ;) Today for you I have new nails and another tutorial. This is like a record, 3 tutorials within 3 days! That's not something that happens all that often. I'm still working on finding a new video Editor but at the moment I'm still working with what I have always used and things are eh. Hoping to solve it soon but in the meantime it partially works!. ;) Today for you I am sharing a fun look using TwinkledT's Almaz nail vinyls, which can be found here.
Polish wise I used Urban Outfitters Bombay Funk, and China Glaze Champagne Kisses. It's a perfect combo actually! :)
So for these vinyls I did them the same way I did earlier this week so here is a little summary of that.
Before using any vinyl top your nail with a quick dry top coat. I use Seche Vite and I love it. After that is dried you peel your vinyl off your sticker sheet, now somethings not everything stays on the paper that is supposed too so if you still have part of stencil left in the vinyl, I would suggest flipping over your sticker sheet and applying it to the back and pull it back up and all of the places that were open before should be open now. Next apply to your nail, and paint on top, or sponge on and then peel vinyl off. If any tidying needs done you shall do that now and then top with your favorite top coat and you are now done. :)
I did these pretty late and wasn't thinking all that well. I typically would of used glue around my nails just so clean up would of been easier but I didn't. I would next time, and I use a fine point Elmer Glue stick liquid tube. I know that wounds super weird but I will share a picture of it on Twitter for anyone interested. I use it because a lot of the barriers out there for this purpose are latex barriers and I know in my family some are allergic to that so I don't want to chance that, plus this glue thing works wonderfully.
Well I hope you all enjoyed this post. As always if you have any questions or request let me know and I will see what I can do! I know this next week will be pretty busy and I have some fun things planned for sure!
Happy Weekend!
