Smokey Mountain Lacquer In Bloom

Hello and welcome back for another fun spring collection swatch post! Ahh, I am loving all of the spring vibes lately, and its warming up! Woohoo! Anywhoo today I am sharing the new Smokey Mountain Lacquer collection called In Bloom. This collection will be releasing at The Indie Shop in Atlanta Georgia on March 24th, shortly after it will then also be added to Smokey Mountain Lacquers shop as well!

 Smokey Mountain Lacquer Tulip

Tulip
2 coat(s)

A pale pink scattered holo that is black light reactive.

 Smokey Mountain Lacquer Tulip

This one is so pretty, I love how its such a soft yet bold milky pink. Its so flattering on too! The formula was nice as well. It was a bit sheer but it covered really nicely in the second coat. Also the ever so slight touch of the scattered holo is really nice.

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Orchid

Orchid
2-3 coat(s)

A  pale yellow with a red/pink flash and red/pink shimmer.

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Orchid

This is a really nice soft yellow but it takes a bit of patience. It is more sheer than Tulip and takes 2-3 coats. Still manageable for sure but dry time will be a bit longer. The flash of pink shimmer is really neat too!

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Hibiscus

Hibiscus
2 coat(s)

A blue holo with purple shimmer.

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Hibiscus

This one might just be my favorite. Its formula was just like tulip, so nice and milky and the second coat finished it all! Its a neat periwinkle blue that it really nice and it worked really nice on my skin tone.

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Amaryllis

Amaryllis
2 coat(s)

A peachy holo with a red flash and gold holo micro glitters.

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Amaryllis

Ok for and orange/peach shade I was most impressed by this. Its a lovely shade and the pink shimmer in it flashes nicely. The formula was great, it almost has a metallic sheen in it too which adds another level of cool to it!

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Roses

Roses
2-3 coat(s)

A deep red/wine with red and pink holo micro glitters and purple to red UCC flakies.

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Roses

This is a deep red jelly based polish so depending on how deep you want it and or how thick you do your coats your coat amount may vary. I did two to have the more red wine appearance which I think came out really nice! What do you think?

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Hyacinth

Hyacinth
2 coat(s)

A blackened purple holo that is black light reactive.

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Hyacinth

This is such a deep purple from a far its almost black! The holo is quite scattered and makes it look almost like an eggplant purple velvet! Its quite lovely. It was another more "milky" like formula so the more coats the darker the color.

  6. I really want to put Tulip, Orchid and Hibiscus in a water marble, or any other kind of nail art together, because those shades together are gorgeous! Of course the others are beautiful too, but the first three together are just magic!
