Floral Nail Art

Hello and welcome back! I feel like its time for some art don't you think? Since I think so I have 2 spring nail art looks to share with you using the new China Glaze Chic Physique collection because I am kind of obsessed with it honestly. :) Its such a great mashup of colors. So anywhoooo I also have a video tutorial for one of the looks too so lets go!

Floral Nail Art

First up is this fun orange look using China Glaze Pilates Please and Girl on the Glo. Its so weird that I have gravitated to these colors when ya'll probably already know I am not a huge orange person but this is just such a nice shade orange that I couldn't resist doing some art with it.

I started with Pilates Please on all of my nails which is a really nice 2 coater. Then on my ring finger I used one coat of Girl on the Glo kind of as a topper which is definitely my preferred way of using it. If you want to check out their swatches you can here. After that I painted a while diagonal shape on the middle of my nail which served as my flower base.

Once the white was try I just started filling it in with different shaped/colored flowers. After there flowers were done I added in the greenery and the gold just to tie in the accent nail. Then topped it all of with Maxus Nails Top Coat.

Now on to the last floral of the post, and the one that has a video. For this one I used China Glaze Glamletics which is a neat periwinkle blue that does have a magenta-is shimmer in it. (Note: The shimmer doesn't really show on the nail) Its a really nice polish and I mean gorgeous as you can tell. It was also featured in the swatch blog post and video. Check out the blog post here.

I started off with 2 coats of Glamletics as you will see in the video and then built the floral up slowly starting with the white flowers. After those I stated to add in the greenery. Once the greenery was done I added the purple flowers and then added in the flower centers. For a top coat on this one I wanted a matte finish so I used Sally Hansens Big Matte Top Coat which is my fave at the moment.

For a more step by step evaluation of this mani be sure to watch todays video! :) It shows the whole thing! If you decide to create it be sure to tag me, I've been featuring recreations on my IG story and added it to my highlights! :) Plus I love seeing what color combos you come up with. Oh and just a lil tip, you definitely don't have to do this design on ALL of your nails, you can totally just do it on one as a fun accent nail!

Well guys that is it for today! I hope you have enjoyed this blog post! If you have any request for upcoming blog posts and or videos be sure to let me know! It doesn't have to be limited to nails either! I am highly debating on a snack post because I've been making a new sweet treat that I have already made 2 times and am obsessed with, so I kind of want to share! What do you think?

Happy Weekend!
