Hello there! So a few weeks ago I decided I wasn't just going to do nail art posts with just one design. I think that is still a valid thing I will try but today we are sticking with one! I have decided to bring back my Paint With Me style video today for something a little different and just to test the waters with it. I had some sound issues but hopefully its decent enough! :)
Ok so you are probably seeing these and thinking.. why a llama? And rightfully so, good question! Well the answer is kind of weird. So I was trying to work out and search Pinterest for nail ideas so save and then some how I ended up on Twitter on the headline/new page and there was a highlight thingy for Pop/Punk bands and there was a tweet from Fall Out Boy about Llama cakes and it was really cute. So I ended up back on Pinterest and searched for Llama cakes and ended up getting inspiration to do some nails! Ha, long story I know, but isn't social media interesting. I mean there are worst things right, I could of been listening to the "Nanny/Laurel" clip on repeat.... LOL
Ok so quick rundown of what a Paint With Me is. Basically its as if I did a live stream and recorded it. Its got everything in it. The mess ups, the color selection, the trial and error. Nothing is cut out. I do try to stop for dry time, because we don't need an hour video sooo. People have said they enjoyed them in the past so I thought I would give it a go again.
For this look I used Zoya Bela which is a super neutral color. Its like the perfect perfecting your normal nail color with a slight tint of pink. Then the Blue it China Glaze Water-falling in Love. All of the detail was done with acrylic paint even the lil gold triangles as you can see in the video!
Well guys that is it for now, The big bulk of this post is video centered so I hope you enjoyed that! Let me know what you think of that style of video or would you rather regular nail art tutorial? Let me know below!
