Zoya Jelly Brite Floral

Hello there and Happy Friday, I am not usually a fan of Fridays. Weird I know, but this Friday I am pretty happy about it, and am looking forward to Monday! :) Anywhooo today I am showing you the new Zoya Jelly Brites Trio plus 3 ways to wear Jelly polishes other than just putting it on as a polish so lets go!

Zoya Paris

First up is Paris! All of the polishes have pretty nice coverage for a Jelly polish and they all cover well in 2 coats. You may want 2-3 coats depending on how bold you white lines are. :) The above photo shows it alone, just two coats on base coat (no top coat).

Zoya Molly

Now we are looking at Molly. Here I still wanted to show it off as a swatch so I have but for the accent nail I have created a jelly sandwich! :) For this I did one coat of Molly, let dry, then a coat of a chunky glitter polish, let dry, and then put on another coat of Molly to finish it up! (No Top Coat)

Zoya Alia

Next up and lastly is Alia. For the accent nail I started with a full on Silver metallic polish. Let that dry and then put on one coat of Alia. This kind of allows the Jelly to act as a metallic polish which is pretty neat. You can also use it in spots and kind of create art that looks like stained glass, just so many options!

Here you can see me show you all of those different methods and of course actually swatch the polishes as well! At the latter half of the video I will also show you how to create a similar mani to the one below!

Zoya Jelly Brite Floral

I love that you can use Jelly polishes to create a watercolor like mani too! So here I have done just that. I started with a white polish as the base for the art. I used Snow White by Zoya. Then I used all 3 new Jelly Brite shades to alternate flowers.

After that I used gold acrylic paint to create the flowers centers, then outlined petals with black acrylic paint as well as painting in the leaves. Obviously that is the part that varies from the video. I actually did the video before the full mani and I ended up liking this way better, but you still get the idea in the video I hope!

Well guys that is it for now! I hope you have enjoyed this post, the video and the different approach to the swatch video. I've been trying to so some new things lately and have really been having fun with it. So I hope to keep it up! :) Let me know what you would like to see next!

The Jelly Brites trio is now available here ! :)

Happy Painting!
