MLF Lacquer Cosmos Collection

Hello and welcome back! Today I have a brand new collection to show you that is releasing soon from MLF Lacquer. :) It consists of so many options because there are 3 main shades and 3 toppers that are very fun and interchangeable. So lets take a look and find out when these are releasing.

Black Hole

2 Coats

A black pearl cream.

This is a really nice black polish. It actually has a pearlescent sheen in it, which makes it not a 100% creme but it does apply really nicely as a creme. It covered perfectly for me in 2 easy coats. A great answer for a black polish, especially if you like something a bit less basic than a creme black! :)

Butterfly Nebula

1 coat (Topper)

A pink shimmer with pink irridescent flakies.

WOW, so this topper is really intense as you can see her, it covers PERFECLTY and fully in one coat. Pairing it with the black is SO great because you get its full effect and its great. There is a bit of a chunky flake in it that sometimes gives a lil pull when applying the polish, which you will see in the video. However its not all that bad, so still worth it. You can see the texture a tiny bit too, but really top coat makes it so you don't feel it!

Cosmic Background

A magenta neon cream.

Now this is a really nice creme. Perfect formula, and its almost a one coat. The first coat looks neon and fabulous but it does need the second coat which deepens it a bit and brings you to full coverage. I love how much of a pure creme this is.

Diamond Rain

1 coat(s) Topper

 Holographic diamond flakies in a clear base.

If you love holo toppers, well you need this one! Its SO pretty, and it has such a good coverage in just one coat. Its packed full of holo, and this is just proof since that is only one coat. Its SOOO distractingly gorgeous.

Interstellar

2 coat(s)

A dark purple cream with a slight pink/blue shimmer.

Ok this polish is really lovely, but I would describe it a bit differently than the above description. I would consider this more of blurple, with a nice fine metallic sheen to it. Its not quite a creme but does apply smoothly like a creme, and does covered perfectly in 2 coats.

Orion's Belt

An iridescent mixture of stars and circles of various sizes in a clear base.

I have never seen a polish with these lil burst star glitters in them. They are so cute. This one is one of those chunkier glitters that does benefit from you holding the bottle upside down a bit before applying the polish. This helps get more of the bigger pieces on the nail. It needs a lil help in placement of the glitters I would say, but its easy to do as you will see in the swatch video today on YouTube.

Thats a wrap, aren't these fun?! I think its a great concept for a collection too because you can use them in any combination. :) Plus they all cover nicely, and look nice on. This collection it releasing at midnight on Friday July 26th. The "cremes", Black Hole, Cosmic Background & Interstellar will be available for $7 each. The toppers will be available for $8 each.
