Hello there and welcome back! :) Today I have two new looks using the polishes that I posted about on Monday that you can see here. I had so much fun working with this color palette, and couldn't resist doing some nail art to go with. Plus I have a video up today on Youtube showing you how to create one of these looks. Also while we are chatting, I plan on informing you about my new go to nail art brush. So lets get into this post!
First up here is a really fun abstract look playing with a negative space vie, while also feeling like a Mario Kart Rainbow Road track! Haha! Really tho, thats what I think of every time. For this mani I started with a base coat, and 2 coats of a perfector polish. For me a perfector polish is typically a sheer polish you would use that suits your skin tone and would be used in a French manicure to just make your nail look very clean. For me I have found Zoya's Bela to be the perfect one for me. So I used two coats of it, let that dry and got on to the art.
I started with the Orange and Pink and put the right next to each other. Those colors are both by Orly, the pink is called Choreographed Chaos, and the orange is Tropical Pop. Both are fabulous neon polishes that I raved about on Monday. :) Then after those were done and dried, I used the new Orly Long Detailer brush and outlines those two stripes with white acrylic paint. I then also used the brush to do the stars. Which is feel like these are the best stars I have ever painted free handed. Then for the dots that look like lil rhinestones I used Orly Sparkling Garbage.
I LOVE this brush. I will talk about it in todays video, but these new brushes from Orly are honestly just a dream. They feel very nice, the handle are sturdy, the caps, have a very good substantial feel to them, and all around it just feels like a quality product. I am one of those people that love a nicely weighted pen when it comes to all of my art/writing hobbies, and now this is that but in brush from. Its just so nice, and honestly the pricing is pretty decent compared to other brushes out there.
Beyond the Long Detailer brush that I used they do also have other brushes that I will be mentioning in many posts to come but thats the one I used in both of these manis. I did also use their dotter duo which is seen in todays video.
Now on to the next video. All of the same polishes were used, and the tools are the same. The only difference is the fact it is different art, and the background was done via some sandwiching of nail polish. :) Its super easy and I will show you ALL of the details here. Also fun fact, you are seeing the art in real time in todays video. I didn't speed up the art, the only the thing I cut out was dry time, and me opening and closing the polish bottles. :)
Also fun fact, for this mani I sat down and just turned on the camera, had no clue what I was going to do, I just made it up as I went, and it turned out to be a really fun to wear manicure I think. :) I like the layers of colors and the different art, and the mixture of thick verses thin lines.
I ended up taking a lot of photos of this mani so I guess I really did like it, and I also did enjoy working on the video. I figured out a new way to set up my camera and it allows for my work space to be so much more freeing and I LOVE it. Now I am working on just one more thing, a new filming space as Ive talked about on Instagram, and then even more new fun things will be happening.
Well everyone, that is a wrap for this blog post. I hope you have enjoyed it. I think we are getting back to our normal blog schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Which mani would you want to wear? Do you have any of these polishes? I hope you all are having a wonderful day and I will chat with you very soon!

Another pretty art design with these polishes. I love that you can do this much variety with three polishes.
