Hello and happy Monday! Today I have swatched of the brand new Zoya Holiday Collection. This years Holiday collection is called Twinkling, and it consists of 12 new polishes perfect for the Holiday Season, as well as beyond the holiday months. So lets check it out!
Also before we get too deep into this collection on all of the Cremes I will be swatching Kaede as an accent nail. Its the topper in the collection and its made up of a scattered holographic shard glitter, as well as some yellow-y gold flakes. Here is a sample of it, but you will be seeing it again in the post as an accent topper so you can see it on various colors!
Steph
2 coats
A muted Winter pink cream with a warm undertone.
Well we are starting out with some nice neutrals! This one does have a pink tone in the bottle but on me it pulls a bit more peachy. It has a great formula, and covers perfectly in two coats. I'm just not the biggest fan of this color on my skin tone.
Enza
2 coats
A medium macadamia cream.
This is more khaki than the last neutral we looked at, but has the same formula. Covered perfectly in two coats.
Mai
2 coats
A sophisticated rosewood cream.
This is a really neat shade, kind of a dusty berry. I liked it quite a bit, its actually a bit different than ones I've been seeing lately. This covered well in 2 coats.
Tieran
2 coats
A medium toned charcoal cream.
This shade of grey is like a thing right now I think! It seems to be seeing it pop up a lot! This covered perfectly in 2 coats, and has such a nice creamy formula.
Gabi
2 coats
A midnight purple aubergine cream.
This is a pretty creamy purple shade that also has a muted feel to it. It has an excellent formula, and covered in almost one coat, but that second coat just feels more complete in my mind! :)
Tanya
2 coats
A festive candy red cream.
The perfect holiday Red, because it is just a true red! I thought it covered really well in 2 coats and applied perfectly!
Jett
2 coats
A frosted silver with a flakey texture that dries down matte.
This one is interesting, and different than the rest. It actually dries down to a matte finish and its also textured. It covered well in 2 coats, but you do need to watch out for those thicker silver shards/flakes. They are likely to try and hang off the edge of your nails so while its still wet, tap those onto the nail. Also because this is texture, if you want to wear it shiny you made need a few layers of top coat.
Rosa
2 coats
A bright and cheerful fuchsia with a pearl effect.
This is a really pretty pink! I've actually not worn a pink in quite a while and I really liked this on. Perfect formula, and perfect in 2 coats!
Sedona
2 coats
A warm, spiced mahogany with a pearl effect.
This is such a winter. cozy color. A deep dark brown but with a nice shimmery effect. This covered perfectly in 2 coats, and I like how the shimmer makes it a bit brighter!
Jen
2 coats
A royal sapphire blue with a hint of purple.
Well this is pretty. Its like a Royal Navy Blue and very nice looking. I will say that every photo of it that I have seen online, including mine, make it look really pretty and bold. However when you are just wearing it during the day and doing your normal day to day thing, its kinda just like wearing a navy with a shimmer sheen in it, and its not as special as the photos appear. I still like it but was bummed I didn't notice it more on my nails during the 2 days I wore it.
Alessia
2 coats
An icy blue metallic with hints of silver.
I LOVE THIS! You know I like blues, and I always love his sort of metallic finish that Zoya does and then you put those two things together and I really LOVE it! :) Perfect formula, covered fabulously in 2 coats, and it's just lovely!
Well, thats a wrap! That is a full look at the new Holiday 2019 Zoya Collection, Twinkling! I think its a pretty fun collection. I love the blues being in it! They most certainly appeal to me! Ha, what was your favorite? Theses are available now, and I like how they have some cute lil trios made up too! Kinda shades that go together which is really fun!
~25 Sweetpeas
I love these colors! The glitter was amazing. They gave me ideas for some winter nails. :)
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty. I had Mai in my cart the other day but ended up getting a few others. I may come back to it. It looks great on you.
ReplyDeleteOh wowww Jen is absolutely stunning and I'm not even into blues!
ReplyDeleteYour nail swatches are GOALS. I don't think there's anything more gorgeous than the Zoya creme shades.
ReplyDeleteEnza and Mai are my favorites! Thank you for showing the gold glitter over all of them!
ReplyDeleteOhhh I really like that deep purple Gabi with the gold flake polish on the accent nail — so pretty!!!
