Anywhoo today I have a new Moon Shine Mani to show you, its a new installment of the Project Dupe it Collection, and its called I Saw The Shine and its meant to be Duping Essies, Shine Of The Times!

This is a topper packed with red/gold/green chameleon flakies.
WOW! I mean just WOW. Look at how bright its making black nail polish, look at all of that color! Its just great! The formula is excellent and thats just one coat! I don't have Shine Of the Times, but I remember it being super popular and wanting it. However I recall trying one and the coverage was honestly just eh. So this has fulfilled the want and then some because this has more flakie. More sparkly power, more colors, and an excellent base to flakie ratio!
isn't this polish just amazing!? Even if you have Essies Shine of the Times, I would suggest getting this because its way better! Plus the brush is excellent. Ah I just love it!
So this will be releasing March 13th, for $12, and it will stick around in the shop until further notice! :)
