Stella Chroma The Nutcracker Trio

Hello and welcome back! Today I have more new Stella Chroma's to show you, this time its The Nutcracker Trio and its really a nice lil set! So let's take a look at the swatches.

 

Mother Ginger

3 coats

A bright blue jelly polish with red-orange-blue iridescent flakies and green-yellow shimmer.

You already know I have a week spot for blues like this! And this one make my blue polish loving self quite happy. It builds up so nicely and the 3 coats its worth it because the shimmers/flakies really create a neat look as they build as you layer it on!

Herr Drosselmeier

3 coats

A pale grey crelly packed with red-orange-yellow iridescent flakies and red-gold shimmer. 

The flakies are the star in this polish, yes the red gold shimmer is pretty but look at the depth those flakies create as you layer your coats. Formula wise yet its thin and requires 3 coats but really each coat is a breeze and in order for the flakies to have the depth you need a thiner polish that takes a few  coats that allow you to still see those flakes!

Sugarplum Fairy

3 coats

A pale grey crelly with a lavender shimmer sheen with red-green-purple iridescent flakies and green-yellow shimmer.

This is such a soft white/grey shade with a nice lavender/green touch to it. It just looks soft and sweet to me! Very much the same formula as the last polish we talked about. Its really pretty don't you think? Very winter wonderland like!
