This polish is very pretty. Love how it has a metal feel to it from the intense amount of flakes.

This is a really well performing magnetic polish. Now I will note it does not come with a magnetic so you will need one but if you like the polish and don't have a magnet to create the magnetic pull with thats A-ok, because its pretty without it as well and you still can see the shifty colors as you would in a normal multi/duo chrome! :)

That being said if you do have a magnetic here is how it works, and there are two ways so lets see how it goes down!

Method One:

First Step : Prep your nails as normal, and just on your first coat of polish. Let dry. At this point you have to make a "judgement call" will you be good in two coats, or will you need a third. If you think you will need a total of 3, go ahead and do your second and let it dry. If you think you need only two that will be your "final" coat and you can move to the next step.

*keep in mind that when using a magnetic polish when you use a magnet you are pulling the pigments and centering them to a certain part of the nail, and moving then from other areas so you have to think, "will this create a bald spot?" .

Final Step : On your final coat you want to each nail one at a time. So apply your final coat and then hold the magnet close to your nail without touching, and watch for the magnetic pull to happen. Then repeat on all nails until done. After that has dried, then apply your top coat and you are done.

Method Two:

First Step : Prep your nails as normal. Then instead of starting with the magnetic polish start with a black polish. I try to use a one coater black so there is only one coat needed.

Final Step : After your black is dry you are going to apply the magnetic polish to one nail at a time and work that way. So soon as you have one coat of the magnetic polish on your nail its time to hold the magnet close to your nail without touching, and watch for the magnetic pull to happen. The black underneath is making it do there won't be any balding spots nor a need to build up to full coverage as in method one. Then once that is all dry apply top coat and you are done.
