A Week in the Life Vol. 3

 

Another week has already done by somehow. not really sure how! Having Monday "off" made it one of those weeks where you just have no clue what day it is! Also I didn't end up taking many photos of this week other than Ellie, SOOO, puppy overload anyone!?

I spent a lot of the first part of the week on sketches and starting a few new illustrations and putting finishing touches on the ones I sort of showed last week. Its been pretty cold this week, so we've been working from the couch.

The current illustration I am working on is of a place I took photos of in November in downtown St Augustine. Its slowly coming together but I am at a part where I am dreading the next phase because I'm not sure how I will pull it off, yet at the same time I know it will literally make the whole thing! The peek above was just putting down some base colors, plus you can sort of see the sketch there! It should ideally be super cute but we shall see!

Later in the week I had a lot of nail videos to edit for Youtube and this was my editing buddy! :) She's pretty cute! What have y'all been listening to lately, I want to add some new music into the mix!?

It occurred to me and I don't have any pictures of Ellie and I, and one day this week my shirt just looked really good with her coloring so I attempted to get a photo, and this is the best we got! Not what I had in mind, but she is cute! 

The week ended with me working on stuff for the big project I am working on, and I can't quite share photos yet, but things are coming together! YAY! Also Friday was my 7 year Blog Anniversary, so we grabbed Starbucks as a treat, and I got a drink I've not had in a LONG time, an Iced White Mocha, and then I basically worked until midnight on new top secret things! Woo! This morning I made Banana Bread Waffles and did not take photos because the weather all day has looked like 7pm, and its just didn't look wonderful, it was SO yummy if I do say so! Now I need to get back to illustrating and maybe actually posting on Instagram!
