Music Art Panic at the Discos Pray for the Wicked

Panic at the Disco Nail Art

Hello there and welcome back! Today being a day off for most I decided to take an easy with the content and just do something for fun and based around something I have been wanting to do lately, plus on the my Youtube channel today I have my August Favorites video up for you so it just seemed like a more relaxed chill type of day. The nails that I am sharing today are music inspired which I am most excited about. Ever since I did my Youngblood Nails in July I have been wanting to do all of the CD covers I have been enjoying lately so you can expect more in the future!

Panic at the Disco Nail Art

Todays nails are inspired by the latest Panic! at the Disco Pray for the Wicked CD! It came out in June along with Youngblood and honestly those 2 CDs were my top ones for the year, another one has snuck in there tho so be on the look our for art inspired by it soon! ;) I wanted to do art sooner but I was not sure how to do it nor did I have the courage to do it. I for some reason get in my head too much when I contemplate music inspired nails. Even though I personally LOVE music inspired any thing I always feel like no one will like the same things I do but ever since the Youngblood nails I have decided to work on that. I have since just done what I wanted to and have enjoyed it so expect more of that mentality from me. :)

Pray for the Wicked Nail Art

The Pray for the Wicked Panic! at the Disco CD cover is kind of a pale mint which is why I went with the minty base. The CD cover does go a bit darker than what I did on my nails which is why I had to use black for the font rather than the white like they did. Then the cover has some abstract brush strokes with white, a peach, and a darker teal. That lil part is on the right of the CD cover and kind created the background where Brenden Urie is standing on a building.

Polish wise here is a run down of what I used. Surprisingly it wasn't that hard to find accurate colors. I was planning the mani as we were on our way to Target yesterday and I just was not sure how it would work but it ended up eating easier than I expected.

Minty Base - Heroine NYC Empower-Mint
Milky white - Salon Perfect Pillow Talk
Peachy Orange - China Glaze Pilates Please
Dark Teal - OPI Is that a Spear in your Pocket

I then did the Panic! at the Disco text with black acrylic paint after doing it in white and it not showing up. I tried to copy the font from the cover which is why its kinda off, and not all aligned and in the correct cases if ya know what I mean! :) I then also tried to paint the P!ATD logo on my thumb. I'm not really sure I knew they had one but most major fans that I know knew it so I feel like it was a good idea! Ha!

And here is the final photo of my Panic! at the Disco Pray for the Wicked CD mani! What do you guys think of the mani? Here is a look at the actual album cover!

Panic at the Disco Pray for the Wicked

I've been enjoying this CD since it came out this summer too! Its different and fun and great on shuffle with the other CD's I have been loving! My faves like Old Fashioned is in my August Playlist if you want to check it out here you can! :) Another notable fave would be Hey Look Ma, I made it, oh and Dancing's Not a Crime! Oh and I cant leave out Roaring 20's! Yeah there are quite a few good songs on the CD! Hope you enjoyed my music taste coming to my nails! :) Have you heard this CD? Whats your fave song if you have?! Any music suggestions based on what you have been listening too lately? I really want to share my music likings more often so I think I will because its a huge part of everything! :) Hope you enjoyed this post as much as I did. 1. These nails look so cool! I used to be a huge P!ATD fan, but I just can't get into the newer albums. A Fever You Can't Sweat Out will always be my favorite! Vices & Virtues is pretty good too.
